Rick Baldocchi has been in the consulting business for over 30 years and is the Vice President of AVCON which is based in Orlando, FL. Baldocchi talks about the transition since COVID from working in an office to working at home and the impact that it has had on the real estate market. Now, consumers seek out homes with offices and multi-family units are also trying to offer offices while the corporate office space is in decline. Baldocchi also discusses working with local government and the traits he believes every CEO should have.
