Eve and John discuss what makes a great CEO. Eve believes that once you are able to be yourself in the corporate world, and strip yourself of high levels of professionalism, you will be more successful. Companies are not looking for corporate robots but for real individuals dedicated to their work. Eve's advice for young professionals is to listen to those with more experience to keep learning how to improve.
