Who are you building with?
And maybe the bigger question is:
Are you building something for God—or co-laboring with God?
Patrick Lowndes has spent much of his life around people with wisdom.
Even in college, while many of his peers were doing what college students do, Patrick found himself intentionally spending time with leaders and elders in the church.
Looking back, you can see the wisdom of Proverbs 13:20 woven throughout his story:
“Walk with the wise and become wise.”
And Patrick has done some building.
He studied entrepreneurship at the University of Washington, co-founded the SaaS company that was acquired by ServiceNow in 2018.
But listen to how Patrick describes that success:
“By God's grace.”
That tells you a lot about this entrepreneur.
In this episode, Krystal sits down with Patrick for a BOLD conversation about entrepreneurship, prayer, wisdom, calling, and what it really means to co-labor and co-create with God.
Because Patrick isn't interested in simply attaching Christianity to entrepreneurship.
He wants God involved in the whole thing.
And now all those experiences seem to be converging in his newest venture:
Faithful Talent.
Patrick saw a problem.
There are Christians working throughout the marketplace who want their talents to glorify God. There are faith-driven leaders building companies and shaping industries. But finding one another isn't easy.
You can search for a job.
You can search by salary.
You can search by industry.
But where do you go when you're asking a different question:
Where can I use the gifts God gave me alongside leaders who want to honor Him too?
Faithful Talent is Patrick's answer—a platform designed to help Christian professionals discover opportunities at companies connected to faith-aligned leaders and trusted Christian business networks.
Patrick has built before.
He's sold before.
He's advised, mentored, prayed, failed, learned, and started again.
But listening to his story, you get the sense that everything has been building toward this.
God has Patrick's heart.
God has his mind.
And God has his hands.
Now he's putting all three to work building Kingdom enterprise—and creating a way for thousands of other believers to do the same.
Walk with the wise.
Be ready to share the hope within you.
And whatever God has placed in your hands—build faithfully.
