Katie Gaultney is a Senior Correspondent for a major publication, World News Magazine. She and John kick off their conversation with the fact that media in general is at an all-time low with regards to public trust. This shows up in both water cooler conversations, and in the Gallup Poll, which rates trust in media near the bottom of the list. Katie likens t sorting through news stories to "drinking water from a fire hose." She also cites a need for humility in today's media organizations.
