Michael C. Kelley is a construction and development attorney with over two decades of experience in every phase of the real estate investment process, from developing, constructing, improving, restructuring and repositioning, to finding, analyzing, underwriting, acquiring, financing and selling, commercial and large residential/multi-family projects. He brings hands-on experience from multiple sides of the deal, including real estate management law, private equity fund structuring and execution, private development, construction management, real estate loan underwriting, construction loan financing, complex insurance layering, and complex business tort and construction and design defect litigation.

Kelley earned his Bachelors in Economics from Rollins, and received his J.D. from UF. (Go Gators!) Actively involved in his local church as a Sunday School teacher, and currently serving on the boards of several organizations, he is a vocational guild facilitator for The Collaborative (a FW&E initiative), the founder of The Orlando Society Room, a 2016 Gotham Fellow, and is a self-taught pianist and cigar aficionado.
