It happened once before on the campus of Asbury University - in 1970, what was called a revival broke out on this theological seminary. It happened again on February 8, and for almost 2 weeks, there were non-stop prayer meetings at the school. Darrell Biram is a pastor from nearby Shelbyville, KY. Bill Elliff is from Arkansas, and both traveled to Wilmore to experience this outbreak. Darrell is Mike's brother-in-law, and Bill Elliff pastors in North Little Rock.
