Pastor Bill Elliff's life was touched and forever changed years ago, during a profound and deeply felt move of God. It changed the course of his life studies in ministry, leading him to author books, and to serve as the Church Director for "OneCry," a nationwide call for spiritual awakening. Bill is Senior Pastor at Summit Church in North Little Rock, AR. He and his wife were in Asbury at the time of this recording.
