Marina Hofman's career as a college professor almost never got off the ground as she and her husband were severely injured in a head-on crash. Through much pain and hard work, they both recovered and were able to see their dreams become reality. She is a professor of Bible and Theology in Palm Beach Atlantic University in South Florida, and the author of a Bible study for women. It is particularly relevant during the Christmas season, as one of characters in the book is Mary, mother of Jesus.
